Part-Time Shop Associate, Edmonds

$20/hour · 10 AM–2 PM · 3 or 4 days a week · 9792 Edmonds Way, Edmonds

Everblue Lock and Key is Edmonds' neighbourhood locksmith and mailbox centre. We're hiring two part-time associates to run the shop so our technicians can stay out in the field helping customers.

What you'll do

- Sort and handle mail for our mailbox customers (Monday–Saturday)

- Welcome walk-in customers and answer the phone

- Learn to cut and program keys – full training provided

- Book jobs and take payments using our scheduling and phone apps – we'll teach you

What we're looking for

- Friendly, reliable and good with people

- Happy to learn new tools and a new trade

- Able to lift up to 20 pounds

- Able to pass a background check

- Eligible for a Washington notary commission

What you get

- $20/hour, plus paid sick leave

- Paid training in key cutting and programming

- We pay for your notary commission and online notary certification

- A real path: this role can lead to full-time positions in the shop or in the field

- The first person hired chooses which days they work and how many (3 or 4 a week)
