Outside Sales Representative

Compensation

• 100% full commission role.

• 20% commission rate in addition to monthly bonuses.

• First year projected commissions expected to be in the $24,000 to $48,000 range.

• There is no cap to the amount of commissions.

• Mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Introduce commercial locksmith and handy services to businesses in Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace and Lynnwood.

• Provide detailed service information, highlighting benefits and features tailored to the customer’s requirements.

• Initiate meetings, close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Resilience and ability to maintain positive attitude in a sales environment.

• Ability to drive within Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace and Lynnwood.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from nine to five.

• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.

• Passion and drive to succeed.

• Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.

• Ability to work cooperatively with others.

• Submit to a background screening which must be clean.

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
